Responsibilities:
  • Property Marketing.
  • To lead in the formulation of marketing strategies and develop marketing plans and budget, advertising and promotion programs, and product pricing to ensure that sales target are met.
  • To ensure advertising and promotions materials (mock-up, scaled models), show-rooms, sales kits and sales documentation are timely for property project launches.
  • To strategize, plan, organize and implement sales launches, advertisements and promotions activities.
  • To liaise with Project Department, external consultants, advertising agencies, suppliers, lawyers and bankers to ensure the smooth implementation of sales launches.
  • To ensure the company’s website and social media site is constantly maintained and updated for branding and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of management level experience in marketing in property development industry.
  • Good knowledge in property development industry.
  • Good in interpersonal skills, sales and marketing and business writing skills.
  • Able to work closely with team members.
  • Full time position (s) available.
  • Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese.
  • Matured personality and able to work independently
  • Able to travel.
  • Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
