Resident General Dentist (Aesthetics)

About our client
Our client is an established dental aesthetic centre with multiple satellite clinics in Klang Valley. They are currently expanding and are recruiting for their state of the art specialist centre located in the centre of Kuala Lumpur and a new centre in Johor.

Responsibilities

• Clinical treatment of dental patients from various age groups.
• Preventive, curative, restorative & maintenance general dentistry functions and to perform dental related surgical procedures.
• Local anesthesia for oral surgery and to prescribe post-operative medication.
• General dental procedures including aesthetic related procedures.
• Administrative functions related to the patients i.e. billing, documentation of dental records etc.
• Managing relevant budget and inventory management.
• Educate patients on oral health.
• Work closely with the sales & marketing department in order to generate quality and relevant leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent.
• Registered with the Malaysian Dental Council.
• Full time position.
• Energetic and forward looking individuals.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Marketing Manager (Beauty | Medical Aesthetics Industry)

Our client is an established medical centre in Klang Valley. In line with their expansion plan, they are seeking for a suitable talent to join them as Marketing Manager.







Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing plan and effectively communicate with sales team to make sure the two teams are aligned.
• To meet and exceed sales-objectives as budgeted.
• To work closely with the medical aesthetic doctors, dental surgeons and plastic surgeons to ensure that the sales and marketing objectives are aligned and achieved.
• To manage the overall marketing program including the following:
• Marketing Strategy Planning
• Referral and Agents Program
• Digital Marketing
• Road shows - Local and International
• Incentive Scheme

Requirements:

• At least 5 years sales and marketing experience in healthcare or beauty related industry.
• Sales & Marketing experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery procedures or medical tourism would be highly preferred although not essential.
• Interest in medical aesthetics and beauty related services.
• Bachelor degree or above in marketing/business or healthcare related.
• Excellent task execution with good accountability.
• Good teamwork and written/verbal communication skills.
