Our client is an established medical centre in Klang Valley. In line with their expansion plan, they are seeking for a suitable talent to join them as Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plan and effectively communicate with sales team to make sure the two teams are aligned.
- To meet and exceed sales-objectives as budgeted.
- To work closely with the medical aesthetic doctors, dental surgeons and plastic surgeons to ensure that the sales and marketing objectives are aligned and achieved.
- To manage the overall marketing program including the following:
- Marketing Strategy Planning
- Referral and Agents Program
- Digital Marketing
- Road shows - Local and International
- Incentive Scheme
Requirements:
- At least 5 years sales and marketing experience in healthcare or beauty related industry.
- Sales & Marketing experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery procedures or medical tourism would be highly preferred although not essential.
- Interest in medical aesthetics and beauty related services.
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing/business or healthcare related.
- Excellent task execution with good accountability.
- Good teamwork and written/verbal communication skills.
- Full-Time position.
