Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of corporate and marketing communication activities for the Group.
- Cultivating industry media and influencers to help communicate core messages or marketing campaigns both online and offline.
- Developing and delivering external messages to reinforce corporate reputation.
- Supporting company executives through speechwriting, presentation and content development.
- Effectively managing communication and media budgets to meet objectives and drive results.
- Proactively coordinating press release and media alert plans and schedules across traditional and social channels.
- Supporting internal and external communication needs and tools.
- Working as part of a team as well as independently, with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Must have 10+ years of communications experience and had direct accountability for part or all of corporate communications/media relations function in the property related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, positive presence and clear, patient communicator.
- Experience with blogging, online news and social media.
- Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders.
- Journalist or PR agencies experience a plus.
